Originally called Cross Lines Towers, the building was constructed in 1950 as a 13-story full-service hotel. It included grand ballrooms, cafeteria and dining rooms, stately marble enriched lounges and a pool deck.
The property changed ownership and underwent a major renovation in 1978, converting the building into one and two-bedroom apartments for seniors under the HUD 202 program.
Looking to the future, the building will honor its past while being modernized with apartment and common area upgrades for years to come.
